Usage Instructions

  • Mix 1 teaspoon (approx. 2g) of Yaki Narang Powder into a 150ml glass of warm water. Let it steep for 4–6 minutes, then stir well again, strain, and drink.
  • When preparing green porridge (herbal porridge), add as needed.
  • Children over 5 years and adults: Drink one cup per day, up to three times a week.
  • Pregnant women: Suitable for consumption only twice a week.
