How To Use
- ගොටුකොළ තේ බෑගය උතුරණ උණු වතුර කෝප්පයකට (මිලි ලීටර් 150) දමා මිනිත්තු 3-5ක් පමණ තබා පානය කරන්න. දිනකට වරක් උදෑසන පානය කරන්න.
- රසය වැඩි කර ගැනීම සඳහා ඔබට එය හකුරු කැබැල්ලක් සමඟ රස විඳිය හැකිය.
- Place one Gotu Kola tea bag into a cup of hot water (150ml).
- Steep for 3–5 minutes and drink.
- For a more pleasant taste, you may enjoy it with a piece of jaggery.
- One cup in the morning daily is sufficient.
