Preparation Method 

  • Add a teaspoon (2g) of Thebu powder to a cup of hot water (150 ml) and stir well. Cover it and let it steep for about 4–5 minutes. Stir well again, strain, and drink. Consume on an empty stomach in the morning. (Always use a dry spoon to scoop the powder)
