“Free Delivery” and “Cash on Delivery” are two separate delivery methods.

“Free Delivery”

“FREE Delivery” available products are clearly mentioned in product details.

When a customer purchased a product online using any bank card, mobile cash, bank transfer, or a manual bank deposit is eligible for FREE Delivery.

In this method of delivery, the courier company only charges us for a one-way delivery which will be paid by e-store.lk

“Cash on Delivery”

When a customer orders a product to pay when he/she receives the product that is called “Cash on Delivery”

“Cash on Delivery” available products are clearly mentioned in product details.

In this method of delivery, the courier company charges us for a two-way delivery. One to deliver you the product and another one to send us money which was collected by the customer. Furthermore, the courier company charges us a cash handling fee added to the delivery charges. Therefore, this delivery method is costlier than a one-way delivery. So, we had to charge a delivery fee from the customer for this service.

As an example when a customer orders a package of 1.2kg the delivery company charges Rs. 300 for the first kilogram and Rs. 75 for the second kilogram. Similarly, a cash handling fee of Rs. 100 with taxes. However, most of the time e-store.lk will charge you only Rs. 300.

Cancel an Order

e-store.lk has the right to cancel a paid or unpaid order or a voucher at any time due to technical errors and/or unexpected errors that result in the product(s) on the site being listed inaccurately, like having the wrong price, quantity, being out of stock, or having the wrong information or descriptions. The customer will be informed during working hours as soon as we cancel the order or voucher. In the event, a cancellation occurs and payment for the order has been received, e-store.lk shall issue a full refund for the product/service upon verification of the payment details.

Once your order is complete and your vouchers are delivered and paid for, you can no longer cancel the order.

Warranty Procedure

An original invoice is mandatory to claim a warranty

Damages at delivery must be reported the same day if they are received by the customer or on their behalf. Later-filed complaints are not accepted.

Warranty claims excluding damages during delivery or at the time of receiving the product will only provide a limited e-store.lk branches and service centers only

No warranty on products offered as FREE with other products, bundle offers, etc.

All electronic products come with a minimum of six-month warranty

Repairs after six months will be charged if the repair is possible

No warranty for misused, mishandled, or carelessly used products

No warranty for damaged caused by lightning, high electricity, high voltage, etc

No warranty for the items with physical damages and not used according to the product manual or instructions

Late Delivery on Paid Orders

If a FREE International Delivery product delays more than 30 working days e-store.lk will refund your money. If the date of the delivery is caused by reasons uncontrollable or not responsible by e-store.lk, such as customer mistakes, phone not answering or government rules and regulations, etc., delivery time may be longer.

e-store.lk has the right to change and update terms and conditions without prior notice.

By signing the invoice copy issued by e-store.lk online or offline, by completing online transitions with e-store.lk, by ordering a product online or offline from e-store.lk customer agrees to the above terms and conditions.
